CEIC® 2008 Conference Shuttle Schedule

CEIC transportation will be provided by Ritz Transportation.
The CEIC shuttle is complimentary to all conference attendees, however the Loews will charge a porterage fee of $7.50 for everyone arriving on the shuttle on Sunday. In addition, the Lake Las Vegas Inter-resort shuttle is available 7am – 10pm, and on call 24 hours. Please make sure to note the last shuttle pick ups for each day.

Airport Transfers to Loews & Montelago: CEIC will be providing complimentary airport shuttles from McCarran Airport to the Loews and Montelago Hotels.

	Arriving Hours Of Operation: Date Hours Last Shuttle Sunday, April 27 9am – 4pm Departs Airport at 4pm Leaving approximately every 30 minutes from the Airport • Pick up location: When you arrive meet in the center of the baggage claim (near the Starbucks) to get the CEIC Shuttle to both the Loews and Montelago hotels. (All shuttles will drop off at the Loews first then drop off at the Montelago.) Departing Hours Of Operation: Date Hours Last Shuttle Wednesday, April 30 10am – 5pm Departs Loews at 5pm Leaving approximately every 30 minutes from the Loews & Montelago

Sunset Station Airport Shuttle:

Incoming airport passengers may board the Sunset Station White Shuttle Van at Ground Zero located one level below Baggage Claim. The Shuttle will be parked across the street from stall number 23.

	There will be CEIC shuttles looping from the Loews to the Montelago, and the Loews to the Sunset Station during peak hours morning and night. Overflow Hotel Conference Shuttles: Date Hours of Operation Last Shuttle Sunday, 4/27 12pm–3pm 5pm-10pm Departs Loews at 10pm Monday, 4/28 6am-8am 5:30pm-8:30pm Departs Loews at 8:30pm Tuesday, 4/29 6am-8am 5:30pm-7:30pm Departs Loews at 7:30pm Wednesday, 4/30 7am-9am     • Montelago: Approx. Every 10 min. during these hours • Sunset Station: Approx. Every 60 min. during these hours Shuttle to Las Vegas Strip/Bellagio (Every 60 Minutes on the hour) Date Hours Last Shuttle Monday, 4/28 7pm–12am Departs Bellagio at 12am Tuesday, 4/29 7pm-12am Departs Bellagio at 12am • Depart from the Loews and Bellagio Every 60 minutes on the hour

There is also complimentary inter-resort Lake Las Vegas shuttle that runs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Guests can call the front desk at either resort to schedule a pick-up and the approx. wait time is 10 minutes.

Lake Las Vegas Resort Shuttle (Montelago & Loews):

There is also complimentary inter-resort Lake Las Vegas shuttle that runs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Guests can call the front desk at either resort to schedule a pick-up and the approx. wait time is 5-10 minutes.

To find a cab at McCarran Airport:

• Go to the East Side of the Baggage Claim area
• Exit through Doors 1 through 5
• There is a taxi line, and airport personnel are available to assist passengers

The approximate cost will be between $55-70, depending on time of day and traffic conditions. Also note, the maximum number of passengers that can fit in a cab is five.
