| Are there discounts for large groups? |
Groups of 3 or more are eligible to register for $695 per
person. Simply call the CEIC registration line at 626.463.7945 to obtain
the discount. Discounts for groups must be processed before registration takes
place. No refunds will be given after registration.

| What type of payment do you accept? |
We accept major credit cards including (American
Express, Diners, Mastercard and Visa), and Electronic Funds Transfers
(EFTs)/wire transfers.
If paying by check you must print and submit with payment the
Registration Payment form found in your confirmation email.
To pay by EFT or wire transfer, first complete your online registration then please include in the reference section,
your first and last name/CEIC2010 in the notes and send to:

Enrollment for Sessions |
CEIC now offers more seats in every session.
Session enrollment is on a first registered, first enrolled basis. For example,
attendees who register in September will have a chance to enroll in their
sessions before attendees who register in December. Early Birds Tier 1 will
enroll first, followed a week later by Early Birds Tier 2, etc. When it is time
for you to enroll, an email notification will be sent to the email you provided
for CEIC registration. It will contain detailed instructions on how to complete
the enrollment process.

Program Changes |
We work very hard to assemble a top-notch, cohesive,
educational program; however, despite our best efforts, faculty and program
schedules may change. Unanticipated or last minute changes to the program
happen. Speakers may cancel without sufficient notice to allow us to engage a
substitute. We do our best to keep these at a minimum. We will keep you informed
of any unavoidable changes via email and through on-site updates.
